About the role

You will help developers understand how August fits into real workflows. The role blends product understanding, technical communication, and hands-on building so our docs, examples, and launch material stay grounded in actual use.

What you'll do

• Create examples, docs, and technical content that show how August works in practice.
• Turn product capabilities into clear developer narratives and launch material.
• Work with users and partners to surface integration gaps and friction points.
• Help shape API ergonomics based on direct developer feedback.

What we're looking for

• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to build demos, examples, and lightweight integrations.
• Comfort speaking with both engineers and non-technical teams.
• Good instincts for what developers need to get value quickly.
